The 21st Fira Gata al Carrer is designed to be enjoyed by the whole family. While adults discover local shops, crafts and gastronomy, children will also have plenty of opportunities to play, create and explore.
One of the highlights is the Children’s Area, open throughout the three days from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at Plaça de l’Església. It is the perfect place for children to have fun and take a break between activities.
But there is much more in the Fira Gata al Carrer
The programme includes several CODA music workshops for different age groups: maracas, body percussion, musical bracelets and castanets. There will also be a Musical Escape Room for children and teenagers aged 7 to 14, as well as karaoke open to all ages.
Another particularly special activity will be the horse-drawn carriage ride, departing from the bridge. It offers visitors a different way to explore the streets of the Fira and is organised with the collaboration of the Associació Amics del Cavall.
There will also be creative and nature-related activities, including “Natura enroscada” workshops by Floralis, as well as different musical and interactive activities throughout the weekend.
Because a Fira that brings the streets of Gata to life should also have a special place for those who are discovering them through a child’s eyes.
