Have you ever wondered what goes into making artisan ice cream? During the 21st Fira Gata al Carrer, you will have the chance to find out.
Ca El Tramusser will open its workshop to visitors during the Fira and demonstrate how its artisan ice cream is made. It is a chance to see the process from the inside and discover that there is much more behind a good ice cream than just a recipe.
On Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 October at 12:00 pm, visitors will be able to enjoy a live artisan ice cream demonstration and a visit to the workshop.

It is an opportunity to see the process up close, learn about the different stages of production and discover the care and craftsmanship that go into an artisan product.
Ice cream will also have a special presence throughout the Fira. On Friday and Saturday evening, visitors can enjoy an ice cream and wine tasting together with El Celler de la Marina, while Sunday will feature a tasting of Marmun wine, ice cream and honey with jams.
Ca El Tramusser’s activities perfectly reflect what the Fira is all about: showing what lies behind the products we find in Gata’s local businesses — people, knowledge, craftsmanship and hours of work.
Because discovering a product also means discovering how it is made.
